Decorating The Tree

I put up all the Christmas decorations around the house and when the girls got home from school the tree was up and ready to decorate. They were excited. I made 2 more stockings today for the new additions to our family this year with Paisley & Emmy. It was so awesome to see EIGHT stockings across our living room wall. I smile every time I look at them. Having a big family is the best!!!!!!!!

We listened to Christmas music on the radio. Willie helped off and on... and Brandon tended to the twins. Ü Me and the girls got everything on the tree and Baylee put the star on top. Yeahy! It's Christmas time!

The twins loved playing with this shinny tinsel.

Then we decorated the 3 foot Christmas tree in the girls bedroom.

Emmy is getting sleepy.

Paisley is trying her hardest to get this tinsel in her mouth.

Santa & Food

Jeremy (with slobber all over his sleeve) & Emmy-Lou-Doo

My humble morning pic with no make-up & cute Willie

Emmy

We went to Willard Bay to drive through the Christmas lights and see Santa. I had the bright idea that if everyone sat in the back of the truck it would be more fun. But it was FREEZING for them and I felt so bad, cause me and Brandon were inside the cab with the twins perfectly warm. :o/ So sorry guys!

I took these as we drove by with no flash so it was blurry.

It was funny... Will was scared  and wouldn't go sit with Santa. So Santa held out a candy cane to him and he walked right up and sat on his lap. Now we know all it takes is a stranger to give him candy and he'll go to them!

Santa was a good sport and held both the twins for their first Christmas.

We took some family pictures...

...then a lady walked in and started singing opera to Santa... it was odd.

We went to Bella's Mexican Restaurant for dinner. Will & Makayla posed for the camera.

We played Sequence at Mary's house after dinner.

We got home late, and Jer & Rhi wanted to get on the road to drive through the night back to Arizona. We'll miss them. They held and took care of the twins a ton! And it was a nice help for me. :)

Rainbow Gardens Lunch

Me, Emmy & Will
It's tradition for the boys to go to the Sand Dunes the day after Thanksgiving. So us girls went to Rainbow Gardens with the kids for lunch and walked through the gift shops after. We bought cute cookie cutters and Christmas ornaments.

Brandon, Jeremy & Nate got home about dinner time and had lots of stories to tell us of their day at the Dunes. Big Al and Joel rode there with them too. Jeremy has never been and had a really good time. They took video of them going off jumps. :)

Thanksgiving

My brother and his wife drove up from Arizona to spend 6 days here. I love when they come to visit! Thanksgiving was at my house and everyone pitched in to make a delicious dinner! All the kids are eating in the other room.

After we ate, we started the kids craft.

They all got creative and painted their own cute pots.

Abbee is dotting hers with green dots.

I was so impressed at how good they all turned out. They were adorable. Just a cute Christmas craft to decorate their bedrooms with.

After painting the pots, they glued a pine cone inside, then painted & glittered a star and glued it on top of the pine cone like a Christmas tree. This one was Kalyssa's.

This is Makayla's. I forgot to take pictures of them all when they finished. :(

Me, Mary and Rhiannon helped the kids.

The twins napped while we crafted.

The boys went down to Horseshoe by the river for a trap shoot and to shoot targets in the dirt bank.
Willie brought his own shot gun.

Brandon let Will shoot his gun. Brandon said that he loved it!

Jeremy, Tony & Brandon

I stayed home to help the kids craft. Samantha took my camera to Horseshoe to take pictures for me and she shot a 12 gauge a few times. That impresses me cause I shot one once, and will never do it again. lol.

Tony was throwing clay pigeons.

After the kids were done it was time for the women to craft. I've never seen my mom craft, so I was excited for that.

Rhiannon made blocks that said, 'Wisemen Still Seek Him'. It was so cute... and I didn't get a final picture.

Mary needed more Valentine's Day decor, so she made blocks that said, 'Be Mine'... and again... I didn't get a final picture. :(

Sammy and my Mom made blocks that said, 'Let It Snow'.

I'm so proud of my Mom! haha. And she was proud of herself too, for sure. I didn't make my own craft cause I was so busy using my Cricut to cut the vinyl for every one's projects to make them cute and just how they all envisioned them. I loved it! I have all the stuff to do my own later. Ü

The boys played Madden on the Wii and were loud. :)
It was such a fun Thanksgiving. We usually eat dinner and just hang out, but this year we had a trap shoot for the boys and crafts for the girls... good times!

Our Driveway

Our driveway is a muddy mess every winter that gets tracked into the house. Drives me crazy! Thanksgiving is at our house this time, so with family coming over Brandon made time to dig out the dirt from our driveway and haul in rocks around our cement pad.

Willie spent all day helping Daddy dig.

He finally got sleepy enough to let me get him out for a nap.
And our driveway looks fabulous now!
