Happy Halloween!

I just woke up the twins to come to the trunk-r-treat... they're both ornery and not in the mood for a picture! But Emmy did wear her plastic white M&M hands. :)

Will is ready to trunk-r-treat again.

This is the best pic I could get of them all in their costumes.

Summer made a cute Minnie Mouse, but she wouldn't let Sam put her down. Tony, Sam, and Summer came with us to get candy.

Paisley wanted her Daddy, so they gave out candy together.

The rest of us went trunk-r-treating... we ran into Baylee and Brinlee. They're hunters... :)

Abbee is a one-eyed monster.

Paisley joined us trunk-r-treating about half way through the parking lot.

Kalyssa ran off with her friends, Brooklyn and Kailee. We found them in here eating candy. :) Kambree is the little girl I tend once a week, she is a cute flower. She made my day... I ran into her at the costume parade at the school this morning. When she saw me she ran to give me a big hug.

After the trunk-r-treat, we stopped at Lana's to say hi and get more candy.

Will has 2 buckets full.

Lana had a ton of candy, but we were her first trick-or-treaters of the night.

We went trick-or-treating at Grandma Mary Ann's next. Grandma is showing Paisley the huge bouncing spider.

Grandma had full size candy bars, fruit snacks, and chips... all of us took one of each!

We went to Mary's house for dinner and more trick-or-treating in her neighborhood. The kids are running around the house in their costumes.

Avrie is starting to walk!

Mary made us a yummy roast dinner.

We're off trick-or-treating the old fashioned way... going from house to house. We're spoiled where I live... it takes less than 1 hour to get loaded with candy at a trunk-r-treat. :)

The twins are lucky, they're off to fill up their buckets for a 3rd time.

We can't miss this lady's house, she gives out homemade doughnuts every year. It was so good!

Kalyssa and her cousin Taylee. Taylee is such a sweet girl, but she doesn't like her picture taken. LOL. All their buckets were full again by 9:00pm. Will had a great time running from house to house with the girls. Kalyssa loved that she was able to hang out with her cousins tonight, cause we haven't spent Halloween with them for a few years. The twin's were happy riding in the stroller and sharing their candy with me and Brandon along the way. :)

Halloween Costume Parade at the School

Kalyssa is an 80's girl for Halloween this year.

We're in the hall waiting for the costume parade to start.

When Kalyssa's class walked by us, she grabbed Will to finish walking in the parade with her. I never did see Abbee walk by. She must have had a wig on, so I missed her... but then again, I missed Kalyssa go by too. She had to yell at me to get my attention. LOL. I had two kids on my lap, give me a break. :o))-

We went back to the classroom afterwards to say goodbye. We visited Abbee in her class too, but she already took her costume off. The school won't let them wear the costumes all day.

Paisley and Emmy are M&M's this year... with cowboy boots.

Halloween Cards From Grandma

Paisley was happy about the Halloween card she got from her Grandma Mitzi!

The twins colored the inside of their cards (they have to color everything). Mitzi is so fun, she sends all our kids Halloween and Valentine's Day cards.

Preschool Trunk-r-Treat

Willie LOVES his Power Ranger costume!

Our friends gave it to us and after I washed it he said, "Thank you Mama! I'm so happy!"

I think his favorite part about it is his bulging muscles. Will noticed all the other super hero costumes with muscles too.

Teacher Andrea is singing Halloween songs with the preschool kids.

Andrea has 3 classes... we're all here today.

We walked in the parking lot for the trunk-r-treat and one car had the Thriller song playing, so Will and his friends started dancing.

"Trick or Treat?!"

I volunteered to help lead the kids around the parking lot. I had 4 boys in my group. They were all so sweet saying "thank you" to everyone who gave them candy.

Some moms decorated their trunks so cute.

All the kids said, "CHEESE!"

Will loved the trunk-r-treat. He is so lucky he gets to go to another one tomorrow. :)

Will got 4 tattoos at the trunk-r-treat and shared them with Emmy. Paisley didn't want one.

Painting and Carving Pumpkins

Emmy is excited!

Brandon is cutting the tops off everyone's pumpkin.

Will has been sitting next to his pumpkins for the past 2 hours cause he can't wait to start!

He pulled the top off but he wouldn't clean the junk out.

Brandon is carving Paisley's pumpkin for her.

Each kid had 1 pumpkin to paint and 1 pumpkin to carve.

Abbee already painted her little pumpkin and is starting her big one.

Paisley's is done!

Baylee starts her second pumpkin too.

Abbee is saving her pumpkin seeds to cook them.

I drew triangle eyes on Will's pumpkin and he had a melt down and was sent to his bedroom. When he calmed down, he came back out and told me he wanted his pumpkin's eyes to be square shapes. He carved his whole pumpkin himself! It took him forever, but he loved it.

I cleaned and carved Emmy's pumpkin for her.

Emmy is ready to paint her little pumpkin.

The twins are at the pumpkin painting station. :)

Beautiful work Paizzy!

Emmy knows which color is blue. She kept asking for more blue paint.

When Emmy started to paint her arms, I made her clean up.

Will took a break from carving to start painting his little pumpkin.

Paisley started painting her belly.

Then she turned her brush on Will and was dotting his arm.

He got her back.

Brandon broke a carving knife then Baylee did. I borrowed the carving kit from my sister. I swear the only time something breaks is when its borrowed! But Mary won't mind the new carving kit she'll get back.
