New Year's Eve

New Year's Eve, we had dinner and games at our friends house. All of us had so much fun together!

You can tell by the look on Dustin's face that it was Janette's idea for him to wear the party hat. Lol. But Dustin isn't a shy kinda guy.

Addison and Kalyssa tried so hard not blow their party horns before midnight.

Staying up till midnight is hard when you're in your 30's. :)

The kids all went crazy with the party horns.

They marched around in a circle... through the kitchen and back around to the living room .. blowing their horns. It was so loud. :)

The four of them hid in their fort cause my kids didn't want to go home.

I'm really excited to be a part of this new team. Brandon works with a guy who started a website called myrecipemagic.com. Its really new and isn't open to the public for submitting recipes until January 7th. I've had the privilege of being some of the first to add recipes of my own to his website before anyone else. No recipes will be duplicated. Because of the work volume, he has added about 18 people on a "Quality Assurance" team. Our job is to edit, calculate nutritional facts, check for quality of photos and that the verbiage makes sense, and publish each recipe that has been submitted to the website. There is so much work to do, and the beauty of it for me is that I can do it from home, do as much or as little as I want, and do it whenever its convenient for me... and it pays pretty well. Big Bonus!

We'll see how big the website gets. Its expected to be huge. I feel really blessed to be involved, and make a little money doing something so fun. I love recipes and food! Haha.

Party At My House

The day after Christmas is when we have a party with my side of the family. We usually just have desserts and open presents, but I made soup this year for everyone too.

My adorable nephew, Zeke, has gotten so huge since I've seen him last. He reminds me of William as a baby, but a little bigger!

Poor Ashi is a tired woman. She works graveyard shifts, but she made it to our party. :)

Paisley had us all rolling! It was so funny, she was sitting up with her eyes closed, licking this roll for about 5 minutes. We thought she was going to sleep. Turns out she was faking it and didn't like us all looking at her, so closing her eyes helps her deal with it. She is hilarious.

After the party is over, everyone was gone, I was busy picking up the garbage and cleaning the kitchen... Kalyssa shows me her sweet note.

Sledding

Brandon took Kalyssa and William sledding today. There was NO snow on the ground, then Christmas Eve it started snowing and it didn't stop for 2 days. It was so wonderful having a white Christmas! Now its time to play in it.

Kalyssa's pigtails are frozen icicles.

Brandon pulled them down the lane, all around the hay fields, and over the dykes to catch air. Brandon said Will loved it for awhile then he didn't want to go over the jumps anymore... his bum must of been sore.

Merry Christmas

Morning:

Will woke us up at 8:30... thinking it was an ordinary day. We had to wake up the twins and show them that Santa brought them presents last night.

The twins loved their kitchen set and baby stuff.

Brandon set up Will's race track.

Will has been wanting a helicopter so bad lately.

They had a blast playing with it.

Baylee, Abbee and Kalyssa got here at 12:30 to open their presents.

Brandon and I gave them painting supplies. In the new house we're buying, the plan was that the 3 of them would share one huge bedroom, but our gift to them is that we're building them their own rooms as soon as we move in. They will pick their own paint and help decorate it. They were so excited!

Brandon surprised me with a new camera... he's so awesome!!!

I turned on my NEW camera and found 2 pictures already on the memory dated 12-20-12...

Lol... Brandon must have been SECRETLY playing with my camera before he wrapped it. Just to show how crazy he can be sometimes... who takes pictures of themselves like this?! Omgosh... he makes me laugh so bad. I love you honey. Sorry, had to post this.

Day:

We're at Aunt Julie's for Christmas dinner with Brandon's family.

Paisley keeps tooting and Hillary is getting teased that its her. Haha.
