We're enjoying the rodeo tonight at the Golden Spike Arena with the kids. We entered Willie in the Mutton Bustin' drawing. Out of 15 spots Will was the 6th name to be drawn. We're so excited to watch him ride a sheep for his first time.
Will did awesome!
He rode the longest and has fans in the crowd! We couldn't be more proud of him! Brandon saw how loose the ropes were on the sheep, so right before it was Will's turn he told Will to lay down on the lamb, bear hug him, and don't let go. Will took his Dad's advice, and got 1st place with 65 points!
He got a bag of goodies.
He wouldn't let go of his "trophy" for the first 5 minutes or let anyone touch it. He was so proud of himself.
We love watching the bull ridin' at the end.
After the rodeo was over, Will ran up to the rodeo clowns to get his picture with them.

We had a blast tonight. Will is pumped to do more Mutton Bustin' real soon. He said he wants to hang his plaque on the wall in his bedroom when we get home. :)
