We had all our kids on a Saturday for a change. We took advantage of the opportunity and went to Temple Square to see the lights. We left the twins home with Lana cause it would be too cold for them. Thanks Lana! Ü

William was really excited to get on the Frontrunner and ride a train!

The sunset all the way on our ride to Salt Lake so you had to put your nose against the window to see outside.

We walked around Temple Square and went in the South Visitors Center. Then we went to the North Visitors Center cause all the kids love to see the huge statue of Jesus in there.

We ate at one of our favorite restaurants in Salt Lake... The Lion's Den on Temple Square. Which is Brigham Young's original house built forever ago.

The food is always so so good. Willie loves salad and rolls and got dressing all over his face and nose.

Willie and Brandon on the Trax train. We arrived at the Frontrunner station 4 minutes late, and had to wait 1 hour for the next train to come. It was freezing so we waited inside the Greyhound Bus Station close by to keep warm. It was okay, we played their arcade games. We got home really late. Next time we'll get a train schedule instead of guessing.

My thoughts: I want to make my own prayers more meaningful lately. As I read these patterns I could see what my prayers lacked. When I was pregnant it was very uncomfortable to kneel and pray, so I got in the habit of not kneeling. As President Thomas S. Monson stated, "Kneel to pray." I will follow his counsel and kneel to pray. I know praying vocally will help also.
