Brandon, Me, William, Paisley & Emmy in front of the Combine at Meet Your Farmer Day.
I met my favorite farmer... and married him!
This Combine is GIGANTIC! The Combine and Header on the front is worth $600,000... so cool.
Some farmers brought out their animals to show the city folk.
This event was sponsored and organized by the Weber County Farm Bureau. Ron, Brandon's boss at the dairy, is the President of Weber County Farm Bureau and they came up with the concept of Meet Your Farmer Day to raise agriculture awareness in the heart of the city on Historic 25th Street in Ogden.
Bennett wore this cow costume and was sweating inside! lol... Emmy knows he's strange. :)
Will was running from Bennett but got caught.
They had a saloon set up where they sold drinks and Will took a pic with one of the saloon gals. He did not want to stand by her... lol... not sure what his deal was.
This is the first tractor Brandon ever drove... a model B.
This restored tractor is so awesome.
Every 30 minutes there was a cowboy shoot out in the street. The gunshots where so loud, Emmy would cry every time.
Nothing but green tractors here!
This is the milk truck that hauls the milk from the dairy Brandon works for and the other local dairy's around us.
Willie loves Semis too.
Mama and baby pig....
Will gets a closer look at the pigs.
Emmy laying down... she is so tired.
Paisley hanging out.
Will and I are petting this bull.
Paisley and Willie are going crazy with these balloons together.
Brandon and Will moved the tractor so the trucks and trailers can move in to load up the animals and go home.
Free ice cream from the farmers... :)
Will wasn't happy that his was melting and starting to drip all over his hand.
Ron lifting up the header to move the Combine.
The Farmers Market was there too and lots of local vendors with food and whatever else. We walked around and hung out with friends, then I took the kids home... Brandon stayed to help drive the tractors home... :)
The coolest CONVOY ever!
The police had to escort the tractors home from 25th Street cause they take up both lanes on the road. Brandon called me when they got to 12th Street so I could go outside and get some pictures of its awesomeness.
Brandon drove home the corn Chopper... the first tractor in this pic.
The convoy turning down the lane...
The view from our backyard of the dairy. All the tractors are getting parked. :)
